Braxton Brewing Co.

While working in the Armstrong Interactive Studio, my fellow students and I were asked to collaborate and create a digital presence for a start-up brewing company base in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.

My team and I created a digital platform that extended into the areas of social media marketing campaigns, an interactive “digital taproom”, and a mobile app.  As a graphic designer, I took the lead on the design and function of the mobile app. We wanted to take the brand elements that were provided from Braxton Brewing Co. and implement them into an app that would allow users not only to connect to Braxton, but also to their surrounding community – and receive loyalty rewards for it. By using photography and iconography, the user feels as though they are in the Braxton taproom right from their phone.

We created many unique features to separate this mobile app from any other brewing app currently in the Midwest area. Some of these features include opening a tab right from your phone, ordering a beer from your phone, buying and sending a beer straight to a friend from across the taproom, reserving the taproom for private events, connecting to events around the community, as well as many others.
