Polymers Center

I was hired to rebrand & consult on the website design for the Polymers Center by a creative web development company in Charlotte, NC on a very tight deadline. I art directed the redesign of the logomark from start to finish with preliminary sketches and concepts, through to execution and brand guidelines.

The most challenging part of this project was throwing a modern twist to the scientific roots of the company. After many different approaches, we finalized on a simple graphic that plays off of the negative space. The color palette we chose was sophisticated and clean, allowing the other elements and photography to take control of the website.
