It felt great to get back into the studio, it had been way too long. It is definitely more difficult to make it to the studio in the evenings now that I have two toddlers running circles around me. The full GRWM and routine are up on my reels and TikTok!

This is a great bodysuit that can take you from the gym straight to date night! The fabric is stretchy and breathable, and the mock neck cut is flattering on every body type.

I love icyzone products for the gym. I have sports bras and workout tanks that I cycle through weekly. These offer great support and a little bit of padding. Not to mention, we all love a fun back moment!

I always wear high top vans to studio dance classes. First of all, I love the ankle protection. Second, I think it adds so much street swag to an entire dance look.
