AMAZON GYM FITS

From a fitness instructor, here are my favorite gym outfits that I constantly have in rotation. I also included some gym accessories I swear by!

I implemented a strict workout routine during covid and after my pregnancy with Willa, I made the decision to get the healthiest body I’ve ever had…and I’ve succeeded. Not only do I teach 2 hour long dance cardio classes weekly, but I also take a bootcamp class 3 times a week and practice yoga at home. With how active my lifestyle is, I want to wear quality clothing that is tactical but also makes me feel cute and good! As always, all pictures are linked to the product shown!

Let’s start with tops. Icyzone is a great Amazon brand I’ve found that is pretty reliable all around. Specifically I like the drop sleeve tanks because you get a great bang for your buck, they have a slimming factor to their look, they’re breezy and allow you to show off your cute sports bra underneath!

I just recently found the criss cross back tops! There is no two ways about it, they are so freaking cute! I also like the airflow factor with how open the back is, most of the classes I take are major sweat sessions so this comes in handy. I wouldn’t recommend these for yoga because they’re so breezy, they would fall during all of the inversions. But weights, running, walking, dancing are all fair game!

Ok, this last top! While it is pretty simple in style, it is so comfortable and the material absorbs your sweat to keep you cool. I also love the crop to show off your waistline. I recommend these for all active sports, and I already know I need to buy this in more colors!

Moving on to leggings. I have tried so many legging brands, Lulu included, and for me nothing compares to Yogalicious Lux. The waist is a true high waist that stays put, regardless of how low we are dropping it in my class (just ask one of my dancers) Also,. they are truly SQUAT PROOF! Who has time to worry about their leggings showing off the goodies when they are trying to prioritize their fitness?

Just recently, I started using sports bras from amazon! I kept purchasing bras from Nordstrom and I am so disappointed I didn’t find these earlier. The material of all of these are like BUTTER and they all have light padding to keep from showing anything and extra support. My absolute FAVORITE is the blue one! Sometimes, I will wear just the blue bra with leggings for yoga or a walk.

The black and army print are both from icyzone which I mentioned prior. They are pretty no fuss, supportive bras with fun backs. The other brand I love for amazon sportsbras is Aojox! The purple and blue bras are Aoxjox brand, I would say all of these fit true to size (but I have small girlies so try one out to see the fit, first)

These are the only socks I wear to the gym. they protect your achelliez from rubbing and absorb moisture.

This half gallon water bottle is amazing. It helps keep track of your water, has a strap to wear like a purse, and a zipper pocket/pouch to hold your phone and keys!

My beauty routine for the gym consists of a cold wash with water and then only this sunscreen after.

And my favorite half zip for when you’re walking to and from the car!
